Privacy policy.

Who we are. This website presents a privately hosted holiday apartment in Gouvia, Corfu, Greece. The data controller is the host, Alberto — you can reach him any time at [email protected].

What data we collect. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you. Personal data reaches us only when you choose to send it:

• Inquiry form / email: the form opens your own email app — your name, email address and message are sent as a normal email and are not stored on this website or any server of ours.
• Direct booking: if you reserve directly, payment is processed by Stripe on their secure checkout pages. We never see or store your card details; we receive only your booking details (name, email, dates, amount paid) needed to honour the reservation. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp / phone: messages you send are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.

What we use it for. Only to answer your questions and manage your stay (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations such as Greek tourist-tax and registry requirements. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

Third-party services this site relies on. Cloudflare (hosting and availability calendar), Stripe (payments), Google Fonts (typography), OpenStreetMap/CARTO tiles and unpkg CDN (the location map). When your browser loads these resources, those providers may see your IP address as part of normal web traffic.

How long we keep it. Booking correspondence and invoices are kept only as long as Greek tax law requires; casual inquiries are deleted once resolved.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr). Just email us — we respond quickly.
